Construction Quality Management (CQM)

Direct construction quality control operations and manage QC personnel for marine infrastructure projects. Serve as contractor's authorized representative for all construction quality matters and specification compliance. Conduct daily field inspections of offshore and marine construction activities to verify workmanship and adherence to project standards. Inspect and certify that all materials, equipment, and fabricated components delivered to the construction site meet specification requirements. Oversee execution of required testing protocols and inspection activities for subsea installations, structural work, and marine facility construction. Maintain comprehensive construction documentation including daily QC reports and as-built drawings marked with field deviations and installed conditions. Identify non-conformances, coordinate corrective action implementation, and document resolution of construction deficiencies. Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication submittals, and installation procedures for compliance with contract specifications and construction drawings.
