Offshore Manager & Party Chief

 Lead teams of up to 35 professionals while overseeing surveys for marine structure; pipeline & cable installations; seawall reconstruction; dredging; and coastal engineering while delivering topographic, bathymetric, as-built and geophysical surveys utilizing ROVs, Drones, GNSS, LiDAR, Photogrammetry, Total Stations, Automatic Levels, Gradiometers, and Sonars. Oversee planning, risk mitigation, HSE and quality control. Execute vessel mobilizations, dimensional control, and both alongside and offshore calibrations. Utilizing ACAD/Civil3D, prepare and deliver maps, reports, and presentations. Coordinate with clients, management, and teams including engineers, scientists, superintendents, marine/trade personnel and equipment operators, conducting effective communications and gaining cooperation at all levels.
