Offshore Manager & Party Chief

Lead survey operations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of up to 35 professionals during execution of marine infrastructure projects including deepwater field development, pipeline and cable installation, jacket/pile installation, dredging/trenching operations, and inland water engineering works. Oversee survey planning, fieldwork, risk mitigation, HSE compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Lead vessel mobilizations and coordinate offshore survey support operations including ROV deployments, navigation and positioning, calibrations, and geophysical surveys. Provide technical oversight of as-built and design data acquisition utilizing advanced measurement technologies including GNSS, inertial, acoustic, multibeam sonar, video, and ROV systems. Prepare survey reports, pre-engineering and as-built deliverables using ACAD and Trimble Business Center. Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, vessel crews, and survey teams to ensure integrated survey execution and successful project delivery.
