Offshore Manager & Party Chief

Direct construction operations and manage multidisciplinary teams of up to 35 professionals during execution of marine infrastructure projects including deep water field development, pipeline and cable installation, jacket/pile installation, dredging/trenching operations, and coastal engineering works. Oversee construction planning, fieldwork, risk mitigation, HSE compliance, and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle. Lead vessel mobilizations and manage offshore construction support operations including ROV deployments, navigation and positioning, calibrations and geophysical surveys. Provide technical oversight of as built and design data acquisition utilizing advanced measurement technologies including GNSS, inertial, acoustic, multibeam sonar, video and ROV systems. Prepare construction reports, pre-engineering and as-built deliverables using ACAD and Trimble Business Center. Coordinate across project stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, vessel crews, and survey teams to ensure integrated construction execution and successful project delivery.
