Client Representative

Provide construction oversight and technical representation of owner's interests during offshore project execution. Direct and manage multidisciplinary project teams including contractors, survey personnel, and vessel operations. Lead daily construction planning, progress monitoring, and quality assurance activities. Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, construction standards, and scope of work. Enforce HSEQ protocols across all construction operations. Serve as primary liaison coordinating between operational units, offshore management, survey operations, and vessel command to ensure seamless project delivery.
